Dr. Olakunle Odeyemi is a UK trained Oral Surgeon and Implantologist.
He graduated from the University of Ibadan College of Medicine with a BDS in 1984 and served in the Nigerian Army Medical Corps, rising to the rank of Major. He then proceeded to the United Kingdom in 1991 where he trained at the Royal College of Surgeons of England , obtaining a Fellowship of Dental Surgery, FDSRCS(Eng.) in 1994. He then obtained the LLM (Legal Aspects of Medical Practice ) from Cardiff University in 2008.
Dr Odeyemi worked in various hospitals in the United Kingdom , including Blackburn Royal Infirmary, Gloucester Royal Infirmary and the Odstock Burns and Plastic Surgery Unit of the Salisbury District Hospital, Salisbury.
He had his Oral Implantology training at various hospitals in the UK and at the Prof Amr Zahran Implantology training centre in Cairo, Egypt.
He is a member of various professional bodies including the British Association of Oral Surgeons and the Association of Dental Implantology (ADI),UK . He has deployed his 27 year experience in the UK in treating patients , since coming back to Nigeria.
Hobbies include reading, playing golf and watching football.
